Red Nose

I have a new 46 gal. tank that cycled about 3 weeks ago. It now has 2 red rainbows, 4 corys, 6 zebra danios, 1 bristlenose pl*co, and 5 clowns (2"). Ammonia and nitrites are zero. The clowns were added on September 30th and, except for an immediate minor case of ick (now under control), 4 out of 5 clowns seem happy and healthy (active with good appetites).

One poor guy though hasn't eaten in several days and hides all the time. When I do see him during water changes his nose is noticably red and his lower lip seem to hang open. : ( At first I thought it might be from trauma of some kind, but now today another one's nose looked pinkish (Am I imagining things?).

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I don't know what to do, if anything.
