Botia superciliaris pics

Just checked out Ken's new B. superciliaris pics (nice) and I can't believe that all the pics we've now accumulated can ALL actually be the same species. Mostly, they look the same as the smaller pic I submitted by Max Gibbs. These have small spots in the Dorsal and Caudal fins. Ken's pic from Freshwater Fishes of China and the Bottom picture with Max Gibbs credit on it's side both have large spots and bars in the Caudal, but the striping pattern of the body is so different to all the others that it just doesn't look to me like the same species. Of course,it could be an adult (looks pretty big) or maybe there is a lot of local variation
